[RESOLVED] XP MS Sec Update Q.
I have WMP vers 10 installed, on WXP Pro SP2, so do I need to install the below listed security update?
Security Update for Windows Media Player 6.4 (KB925398)
........which is offered in today's updates.

You do need it poppy, as 10 should be using the runtime mentioned, if you were running 11 then you could skip it, as i am i'm skipping this one.

You still have the old version installed (Start | Run | mplayer2). Install the patch.
