Making Flash videos clearer?

Hey,

Does anyone know how u can make Flash videos clearer? And, can u convert them to other types of files?.....Becuz I have a Flash video that isn't very clear and I want to be able to make it clearer and/or maybe convert it to another type of file. I would really appreciate help! Thanks
