I'd try giving the disc a clean, and try it again. Was this a purchase on disc? or a download?

Hi Mustafa and Welcome to Virtual Dr.
What version of Java are you using? Have you tried emptying your cache before trying the install.

Any change, solution, advice..!?
Still have the same problem. Can it be because of graphic card. It is a Asus NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 with 128 Mb. If I change what would you recommend?
Thanks in advance and regards from istanbul

Sorry, this one slipped away and out of sight.
The 5200 is at the very bottom of the Nvidia range, and to be honest it's a bit of a stinker.
What is your budget for a new card?

You should be able to pick up a Nvidia Geforce 7600GT for about £110, and they are excellent cards for the price.
