must log off twice
I setup a number of Windows XP Pro computers, and each of them have an odd problem - I have to log off twice in order to log off at all.
For example, I log onto Windows using my network acocunt. When I am finished using the computer, I click Start, Shut Down, then select Log Off <i>username<\i> when I am finished. Nothing happens. When I do those same steps a second time, then Windows logs off and I have to press Ctrl Alt Delete again to log in.
What's causing this and how do I fix it?

Is your network account a Domain account?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Sorry for the slow reply.
Yes, the account is a Domain account. All of our computers are on our domain, but we are only having this issue on 8 computers that were setup recently. I have since used the same Ghost image on other computers, so its not an issue with the image.

Might look at Control Panel->User Accounts->"Change the way users log on or off"
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.
