Windows XP Pro x64 Context Menu Issues

Hi, I'm having a couple issues with my Windows Explorer context menu. There's a lot of blank context menu entries, that have arrows that expand into sub-context menus that have nothing in them. Also, icons in the context menu are gone. It looks totally messed up. Is there anything I can do to repair or manually modify the context menus? I think the 32-bit apps that add context menu entries may have messed it up. Not sure though.
