Foster parent virus impossible to remove?

This virus is making me crasy!!!

I noticed this virus when i one day turned off my lapptop.
And the message "ending program" showed up, i was just able to read "foster parent" before it disappared.

After that day i have had alot of strange things happening.
like when i try to start explorer, its trying to install adobe reader instead.
and i have to cancel the instalation many times before explorer opens.
I tryed to uninstall adobe reader, but then the same thing happend with microsoft office. My next problem is that i have only half speed on my internet connection, and i closed all running programs, but i can see that its sending and reciveing information from the nett. Also i had high CPU usage from a file named svchost.exe but one of the programs below fixed it, i dont rememer what program

I currently use NOD32 anti virus, but it doesnt find anything.
I have also tried housecall, superantispyware, a-squared and adaware.
I have tryed to seach my computer for "foster" & "parent" and anything simular, with no luck. even tryed to google for some time, i found one that had some of the same symptoms and a-squared helped him, but not me.

Anyone know what i have to do next?
If any more info is needed, please ask... thanx in advanse...

Hmmm, i tryed to let the instalation start, without canceling. it took 10sec, and i think it just updated excel. im now not sure if i have any virus... and maybe i have been mistaken a normal update with a virus? even if i think its a little strange to have an update instalation when you click an excel file. i have never seen that before...

I've moved your thread to the hijackthis forum where one of our experts can have a look at it. In the meantime could you please put hijackthis in it's own permanent folder? eg- C:\program files\hijackthis. It's in a temp folder at the moment.

Also have a look at this thread for some info and other scanners to run on the computer..

I have put hijackthis into a new folder, and there is the log file, directly after a reboot.
Or will it be better to do the log after the computer has been used for some time?

It doesn't matter when you make a log, but was this log from when the system was running in Safe Mode? I wondered because the processes list is pretty small.

Non of the lists are in safe mode, but i was wondering... the prosesslist in taskmanager has more prosesses that what shows in hijackthis log. Should it be like that? anyway, i have not seen any problems for some hours now, and the internett connection is back to normal speed. so, if the virus is gone, i cant realy say how... it migth have been the update from ms. coz that is the laitest thing i did, even if the internet speed was low also after that (migth have been a coincidence)
