I am using XP and Word 2003. I do most of my work in Normal view. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, Page Width on Zoom is not working. If I have a document on the screen and click on Page Width and I am in Normal view, the typed material extends far beyond the nomral page width. My ruler on the task bar may extend to 6.5 or 7.0 and the type material goes to 10 or 11. I have to click on Print Layout View to get something close to page width.

If I select Normal View and Zoom at 100%, margins on the screen are changed, but revert back to normal once I switch over to Print Layout view.

I hope my description of the problem makes sense, because I hate to work in Print Layout view.
