    Unrecognized Data While Using NT Backup

    I am trying to backup the C Drive on a Windows NT Server by using the Windows NT Backup Utility. I keep getting a Tape Drive error message saying Unrecognized Data when I insert the tape that I want to backup up on. Any ideas?

    It turns out that the Seagate Hornet STT220000N Tape Drive was bad. That is what was causing the error message.
