Slideshow For Viewing on DVD Player

Looking for a recommendation on how I might get my digital photographs onto a DVD that I can put in a standard DVD player to watch on my television.

I have a full edition of Nero that has such a function, but there’s a caveat that it says that the disc may not play on all DVD players. Of course, it didn’t play on mine.

    Thanks

Your problem may be with the DVD burner/disc and not with Nero. Assuming you're writing DVD-Video then it should play fine in most players. Try burning a disc at a slower speed, or using a different media. DVD-Rs seem to be the most compatible, but try a DVD+R if that's an option, too.

I found I had to slow it down to 12 X when burning pictures. And I have found that pictures over 100k can not be generated by lots of TV dvd players.

I normally just burn the jpg pictures to a cd and let them use the native slide show in the dvd player. Most new ones will show .jpg's
