[RESOLVED] Internet Explorer Exe file problem

Hello All, just found out its not my Uncles Computer with AOL that is rejecting emails with Attachments, but, my Internet Explorer sending the emails without exe files.
Trying to send my free version of Zonealarm as he has a problem trying to download from zonelabs or elsewhere.

Whats preventing the exe from being sent, and where to find and change the setting?
Probably in I.E. options, advanced somewhere??

Hello All, sorted, finally sent the email exe.program file. Had to disable some settings in O.E.
