    I wouldn't mind betting that a lot more folks will be taping conversations with them from now on. In fact I think I may start doing it myself, having been on the receiving end of some real customer disservice morons quite recently.

    I stopped using them years ago .... for all I know they are still trying to charge my old cancelled credit card
