Hi and Welcome to Virtual Dr. 
We can't tell you how to bypass passwords, as it would be against our AUP.
But to backup, you can remove the hard drive from the machine, and slave it to another machine....the drive will appear in windows explorer as normal, and all of the data will be accessible.
