Laptop Battery Monitor Software
Does anyone have any suggestions on software that monitors a laptop battery for time left? The laptop that I have has a battery monitor, however, it warns me the battery is low and then goes into hibernate mode before I can even come close to plugging it in to re-charge the batteries and to continue to work. I have a Compaq Presario 2570US. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

You should be able to change this in Desktop Properties, under the Screen Saver tab, click the Power button at the bottom. I believe the tab you need to click next is Alarm, just readjust the slider bar. Also you can turn off Hibernate through the Hibernate tab in same window.
