First off, if you want a case with a "decent" PSU, then $50 isn't going to be close, the PSU is probably the most important bit, and with spending $600 on other bits, and then using a cheapo PSU, which may cause fluctuations and kill components not very long down the road, i don't think you'll want to shell out another $600 for replacement fried components.
