[RESOLVED] Dell optiplex GX 270 and Sygate Firewall issue with Virtual dr
These fantastic Dell PC is running sygate firewall it seem that it somehow won't let me in ( log in to virtual dr) when I click on my short cut that I've placed on my forums folder, I can get in only when I click on the sygate option "allow all" then it's fine, once I'm logged in it can be set to normal then I can browse VD site at will well almost all shortcuts are allowed.
This is happening ONLY with this computer all my other Rigs Sygate gives no no griff .
Furthermore to make things more spooky this problem exist ONLY with this site Virtual Dr which I Love and been a proud member for a "century",
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Sygate Pro Firewall but there is no change in this issue.
M$ firewall is set to off
M$ Popup stopper is set to off I'm thinking now that it might be even Google tool bar Popup stopper that is doing this annoying thing but again I've Google T bar and sygate in all my rigs (2) and 2 modern Dell laptops, I've copied the shortcut site and forum folder in all of them, and I've no problem there.
Well.. thats what I feel about this.
Any idea...for a billion!
One more thing I also have to reset sygate to "allow all" in preview post

What browser are you using? have you tried another to see if the problem occurs?

You can turn the popup blocker back on if you wish and add Virtual Dr to allowed sites. That should do the trick.
