See how the 20Gb model doesn't have memory stick capability, does that mean you can't save your games ?

It looks like you will have to upgrade the 20gb model if you want those features:
A company spokesperson says Sony will release an external Wi-Fi adapter as well as an external memory stick, SD card and compact flash reader for the 20GB Playstation 3 model. He also restates that the 20GB model will include bluetooth and an upgradable hard drive.

you save the games on the 20Gb hard drive it's self, like an Xbox. and as it's a removable HD you should be able to take that where you want and plug it into any PS3 you want. so kind of like having a rather large 20GB memory stick.
Also as a quick heads up avoid the lower spec PS3 like the plague if you ever want to get any future use of the Blueray DVD player. As the cheaper version lacks a HDMI connection the blueray player will be unable to show high definition films after a couple of years. God only knows what Sony was thinking when they made that decision?!
