Transferring software to a new PC

I'm in the process of buying a new PC (laptop). I plan to transfer Zone Alarm Security Suite 6 to the new machine (plus MS Office and other general software).

Am I likely to have any problems, particularly with ZA when I download updates to another PC instead of the usual one? If it does, what do I need to do? I won't be continuing to download updates to the old computer.
