Overview of the Reset Internet Explorer 7 Settings
Durga and Bala from the IE IDC Team would like to describe to you a new feature in Internet Explorer 7 and 7+ on the Reset Internet Explorer Settings. Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP and in Vista have many security enhancements but browsing experience can still be badly affected by add-ons.
This feature allows you to recover such situations. You can read the full story here, and provide any feedback to improve upon its functionality.

Hi Eric,
I tried IE 7.0 beta on my machine for a day or so. I was very impressed with the new features but unfortunately Microsoft Money would not work with it or any other beta browser installed. It was not safe to do online banking with it anyway so I had to take it off in Add/Remove Programs. Wells Fargo would not even let me log in to their site with the beta browser installed.
BTW, thanks for linking me this forum. I may have found a new place to roost.

ecross--Thanks so much for the link.
My first reaction is "thank heavens I do not use IE7".
My second is that RIES seems a bit heavy handed--undoing so many added features. Unless System Restore is no longer available, I would think most people would want to go that route.
