Absolutely....open your mouth with these people....

Whenever I get downtime with Comcast....I call immediately and always get credit beyond my downtown. But you have to mention it...or they will just give you a generic apology for the downtime (I think they read it off a card).

I actually had a support guy ask me how much credit I wanted for three days down. I said I wanted a week and he said fine.

Check your bills that you actually get it though.....
