Outlook 2003 Shared Calendar MS Exchange
I would like to know if there is a way to be notified if a shared calendar has been updated. We have a calendar under "Other Calendars". I am the owner but everyone else has all rights. So if employee "A" adds something to the calendar can evryone be notified by some means, such as an email etc. This would be in lieu of just looking at the calendar and see if anything changed.
We are using Outlook 2003, Shared Calendar on MS Exchange
Thanks for your help.

It's out of my area, but my guess is that you can add the item as an appointment and send invitations.

Bare min...you'd have to tell it "who" to send a message too probably each and every time...Could probably setup a "group" to send the message too to speed up the process.
