I don't have an mp3 player but it's quite straightforward.

To transfer mp3 files in or out of your Creative MuVo, just plug into a USB port. It will appear in Explorer/Desktop as removable storage. Drag and drop files.

The other mp3 player may be similar, or may need software and cabling to connect to the pc and transfer files.
