WOW- clean your heatsinks.., it helps, alot
well, I used to get 36C for my CPU temp, and one day I looked at it and it was at 52C.., I was like holy 5h!7.. I thought my thermal paiste might have gone bad or something. planned on reappling it
well, a few days ago I looked in the case and there is a huge amount of dust and cat hair on my heatsink. and today I finally got off my lazy butt and cleaned it out.
well, it's back down to 38C. it's a bit hotter weather right now, so I would call that a full recovery.. I never thought the dust would do that much...
just beware dust and hair and bring your temp up a full 15C

Indeed. Dust and cat hair is just like a blanket. Why I like cases with filters on them.

Be thankful that your CPU wasn't at 52 C to begin with.
