Good program to find CPU temp

Hi, I really need a good program that I can find out my CPU temps with. And bios doesn't seem to show me, and because I like to overclock (muhahaha) I think this would be a necessity. Everest doesn't seem to tell me, so can anyone lead me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
    SPECS:
    Motherboard - ASUS A8N5X ATX
    Memory - Crucial Ballistix Tracer
    PSU - Antec TRUEPOWERII 550w.
    Processor - AMD Athlon 64 3700+
    HDD - Seagate 250 Gig. 7200.8.
Video Card - XFX 7900GT (Extreme Edition... Yum)

    Gamer here's what I use:
    Everest

    http://www.cybertechhelp.com/downloa...t-home-edition

After installation open the program and click on the Plus + sign beside the entry for Computer, then click on Sensor.

If neither your BIOS or Everest will show the temp, then it probably means that there is no sensor fitted to the motherboard (unusual these days). That being the case, all you can do is try and find an external bay with a temp readout - some fan controllers have them, and some come with their own temp sensor. Or the very nice Thermaltake Xaser series of cases has a built in display if your feeling rich:

Oh wow, thanks. hah, I feel stupid. Is it odd that my gpu (7900GT) idles at 59*?

When I play bf2, though, it goes to 65* and thats it. BTW, threshhold is 125*

That sounds fine to me. My 7800GT idles at 47C most of the time, but I do have a lot of fans in my case.

Ok. Well I have a sensor. 29*C overclocked 8% on stock cooling with thermal paste.

That is very good. In fact I'm a little suspicious of it, it's only a little above room temp. I have an Athlon X2 4400+, not OC'd yet, it idles at 36-37C and maxes out at 51C (on the rare occasions that I can find anything that will max it out), also on stock cooling.

Hmm. Well since it's so good, I overclocked to 10% (2.42 ghz)

    on the O/C front i find this to be a very good program;
    Asus Ai Booster
    http://www.tasklist.org/task_OverClk_exe_6775.html
it gives you the CPU temp and fan RPM, but most importantly allows you to change the FSB in windows without restarting your comp. but if you don't have a CPU sensor then the temp will still not appear.
My CPU runs at 51 idle but it's a P4 and O/C plus my CPU cooler has a fan control and runs at 1500RPM when resting. also my 7800GT runs at about 50 idle but only goes to a max of about 65-70 and it's O/C about 15%.
    Windows 7, Asus P5Q-E iP45 , Core 2 Duo E8400, 4GB Ballistix DDR2 800MHz, GeForce 9600.

Hi cima, that is for the hard drive temp. Your CPU should look something like this:
