    Resolved [RESOLVED] What did I do?

    All at once, when I try to move a box or window on the screen it moves the outline and then the contents move into the outline. What happened?

    Dell Dimension 8500
    Windows xp, sp2
    IE6, sp2
    Cable connection

    Right-click on the Desktop and choose Properties. Then in the appearance tab, click Effects, and check "Show window contents while dragging".
