mysterious stuff happening...
someone's "myspace" username and password has appeared in my computer's history which open up a myspace page. No one has been at my computer to do this, how could it have appeared there?? does anyone have any ideas?

Dear adifrank,
I have no ideas. But I don't think I'd worry about it too much except as a reminder of the insecurity (as in why doncha just post it on a billboard) of the internet. I remember being absolutely shocked when I opened an Outlook Express inbox.dbx to find some corporation's financial documents and what appeared to be minutes of a meeting. Info packets gone astray maybe.

adifrank--Many websites will redirect you to other sites. Depending on your IE Security settings you may not actually see this. But the site will show up in your History. (The same thing happens to the Back button, which, if you click on the down arrow, will show you where IE last visted. It could be a surprise.).
Having said that, it would not hurt to run the procedure here
