firefox extensions.

hi,
i have recently had to re-install firefox and as such i lost all the extensions i had. so i was wondering if any one knows where i can download an extension that allows you to type and then that text will be found on the web page? i had this useful extension previously and cannot find it again so any thing similar will do. also is there any other extensions that people use that they would recommend?
