WMP10 corrupted DRM file

i have recently downloaded a program called 'Sky By Broadband'. it allows you to download TV programs off Sky satellite TV in the UK. when i start the program it tells me i have a problem with WMP10 DRM files. so i go to the website that it tells me too to solve the problem;

i follow the instructions and i am then lead to this site to update my DRM;

but when i try to update it i get this message(see attached)
so i don't know where to go from here, and what’s a proxy got to do with anything?

there is someone with exactly the same problem. just have to see if any one has a solution.
