can't delete worm_sdbot.dpy

Hi
I am running Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 and it keeps giving me a message that 'worm_sdbot.dpy' cannot be deleted/fix and the filename they gave me was 'c:\windows\msinstallshield.exe' which i tried searching for but couldn't find anywhere on my computer. how do i stop this?

First thing I'd try is to run the scanner in safe mode. To get into safe mode tap the F8 key while booting and select it from the list of options you'll be given.

If no success then try a couple of the online scanners listed here..
