Syzich--On my 1½ year old Dell 4600, Dell Support's shortcut is "C:\Program Files\Dell\Support\bin\Support.exe"
Dell Support Alerts' shortcut is "C:\Program Files\Dell\Support\bin\Support.exe" DA (Yes, there is a DA appended.)
In the former, "c:\Program Files\Dell\Support\bin\" is entered in the StartIn line.
In the latter, "c:\Program Files\Dell\Support\Alert\bin\" is entered into the StartIn line.
