[RESOLVED] pop-up problems
i have been having some problems with a persistent pop-up. every 30-60 minutes a message comes up saying that 'my current settings do not allow AtiveX' and then straight after than a pop-up will appear. this is the only problem i have noticed but i do not use IE, and when ever i do more pop-ups will appear. i have ran M$ anti-spyware, Ewido and panda online scan many times but it never gets rid of this one pop-up. also have removed quite a few things with HJT and almost all the stuff left is accounted for. so I’m not sure what to do. here's my HJt logfile;

well i ran PurityScan and all seemed to go fine.
then i tried to stop 'C:\WINDOWS\CROSOF~1\winlogon.exe' with HJT but it said the process was either not there or protected by windows. i tried to remove it both in safe mode and normal but neither worked.
then i removed ' O20 - Winlogon Notify: windmv32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\windmv32.dll' using HJT.
i then could not find 'C:\WINDOWS\CROSOF~1' or 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\windmv32.dl' to delete.
i still have the same problems and when i ran HJT once again i realised that 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\windmv32.dll' was back again.
here's my new log;

Try the following. Not sure if it will fix it, but it's worth a shot.
Download win32delfkil.exe .
Save it on your desktop.
Double click on win32delfkil.exe and install it. This creates a new folder on your desktop: win32delfkil.
Close all windows, open the win32delfkil folder and double click on fix.bat.
The computer will reboot automatically.
Post the contents of the log file c\windelf.txt , along with a new hijackthis log.

i then could not find 'C:\WINDOWS\CROSOF~1' or 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\windmv32.dl' to delete.
i still have the same problems and when i ran HJT once again i realised that 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\windmv32.dll' was back again.
Make sure the "show all files" option is checked off in Folder options.
