Downloading Flash videos?

Is there a way to download Flash videos? If there is, how do u do it? Please Help, I would really appreciate it!

Ok, I installed the program and saved a video using it, but the video won't play. I contacted them about the problem and I'm waiting for a reply. Also, I know the flash videos save automatically to your comp(like in my case, this video does) becuz whenever I visit the website, it starts automatically playing, but I wanted this program becuz I don't wanna have to open internet explorer everytime to see it, I don't wanna have to deal with looking all around in the cache for the vid, and u have to do some changing around of settings, etc. to get the video to play. I don't wanna deal with all that. This sounds like a really good program, it's just what I'm looking for, I hope I can get it to work.

I still haven't gotten a reply about my problem until now from Flash Saving Plugin's company. What should I do?

Is it just the one video that won't play or all of them? When you say video is it actually a video or an animation? Just wondering if it's a flash file with an embedded video in it.

Many flash videos you see nowadays are a basic flash file .swf that actually call an external .flv video.

An example is on the Battlestar Galactica pages at scifi.com, where they posted the last couple of minutes of the last episode.

Where you see the video playing is really only a tiny 400kb .swf file and that was the only file the flash saving plugin was able to save from my system.

Eventually to save the correct file I used an url snooper ( http://www.urlhelper.com/ ) to show what file and urls where being accessed from that webpage.

I was then able to id the correct *.flv file and download it.
