If you bought from the mfr or a licensed retailer, contact them with proof of purchase and see if they can supply it. Also, there's a utility out there somewhere for retrieving product keys for Windows installs; maybe Google around and see if there's a similar deal for CDs?

Aside from these two thoughts, don't know what to tell you.
