win3k and win2k trust
i cannot connect to windows 2003 domain from windows 2000 doamin while creating a trust.i can access the newtwork and can access both the resources

DNS is your problem. The domain controllers will need to be able to access the other domain's DNS information.

How are you trying to create the trust? I generally use netdom trust, because it's quicker and simpler, and you only need to run one command instead of messing with both domains.
If you still have issues, what's the error you're getting?

the dns is ok.when i try to create a trust from win3k to win2k ,i get an error as cannot connect to domain.I can access both the resources of the domain perfectly.in case of dns ,i added the respective dns servers as secondary zones to thighten the same.
i will try using the netdom trust,it's a resource kit utlitly.
