email copies not arriving in inbox
I am using Outlook Express with Windows XP Service Pack 2.
This afternoon I sent several emails to myself and several CC'ed to myself. On my webmail it shows up but not in Outlook Express. I always make sure to only have one of them open at any time and Outlook Express keeps a copy on server.

If it had a corrupt pop uid box it would keep downloading another copy. No? Here it was not downloading it to my POP 3 client but it was on my webmail. Anyway I resolved it by deleting and reinstalling my account. Not the way I want to resolve these problems.
