Files don't download in IE.
I just installed a new "C" drive, and thus, completely did a fresh Win98SE install. Went to MS and applied all updates. Used to be, if I clicked on an mp3 link, it would just download. (After asking me.) Now, it goes to the webpage, with a "page not found" error. I can right-click the link and select "Save target as . . ." and that works fine.
Any ideas what I may have set wrong? Try this link for example. Does it download for you? (The mp3 link in that forum.)
Thanks all.

Works for me too. Firefox > WinAmp
You can download WinAmp (Free, Full version) here:

Read more about it here:http://www.winamp.com/player/free.php

Thanks all. I already have Winamp, I'm just trying to figure out why it doesn't download. Or play, for that matter. Must be something I have "checked".

Again, this isn't a WinAmp issue. Its an IE issue. It has something to do with having re-installed my OS. I've noticed a new problem also. I can't download my PM's in a forum. I may post this as a new thread.
