Sorry in the delay in replying, i overlooked the thread.
You could try cleaning the drive with a drive cleaning disc, as it sounds as though it isn't finding the file, is the game a real bought version? (no offence, just checking) you may also want to try draggin all of the files from both discs into a folder, and run the setup file from the computer and not the disc.
