All folders blank??
After trying to un-install IE 6 and revert back to IE 5.5 I got an error message(W2Kexcp has casued an error and needs to close) since that point all folder are blank in normal mode. Most folder are seeable in safe mode but I'm unable to do a systems restore or to get a boot disk to work. Any ideas how to get windows me working again?

Update-I was finally able to find a good Win ME boot disk and fix the registry. I used the scanreg \fix command from and A: prompt. That got me back into the folders. Now, I'll be able to get his data and pictures off the machine before I try to fix IE again.

If you remove IE 6 from the add/remove programs aps. it reverts back to the original IE installation. In this case IE 5.5.
