    Can't access hard disk files

    I can’t access my hard disk file on C Drive.
    My old computer running Win 98, the computer can’t boot up and I also can not press F8 to go to dos, it seem the computer can not read the C Drive. When I take the hard disk to other computer (which is running Win 98 SE), they can’t access the files inside because there is not C Drive there. Is there any way to save the file?

    Try putting the drive into the other computer and then run one or both of these (freeware) file recovery programs on it. Many members have had a lot of success with these.
