Anyone out there with a 440BX Slot 1 motherboard gathering dust that you'd be willing to part with?

Why would I want such a thing? Well, here's the story...
Have a long time client who has an old Gateway PII 400mhz machine... needed a DVD ROM put in and a little TLC. So I bring it over and get to work on it and checking a few things out... after a restart it doesn't come back up. Wouldn't power up ... finally got it powered up but all I get are beep codes. uh-oh... not good! And hadn't even cracked it open yet!
Long story short... it's the memory cache on the motherboard, finally gave up the ghost!
Well..... I've got a Slot 1 motherboard around here so I transfer the necessary hardware. Well horse-hooey ... it works, but only sees a PII 266 because it's a 440LX (the lesser X). Might be able to get it to see it as a PII 333 with a BIOS upgrade and a jumper setting, but that's max for the 440LX.

He, of course, wants me to build him a real machine now... settled on this:

EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice
Radeon X800PRO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-430 ATX12V 430W Power Supply
CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) PC 3200
Western Digital Caviar SE 80GB SATA
WinXP Home

And that's the guts of it ... think he'll notice a difference.

Thus my search begins ... I will of course pay for shipping and a small gratuity for the dust. If it can be brought back to life he'd like it for his kids... And to be quite honest he'd be happy with the little Frankenstien I've got running at the moment I'm thinkin'!
But then I thought HEY ... I'll bet Bistro (the king of Pentium mountain or hill or mound or some such) ;-) has all kinds of old motherboards laying around! Along with a whole bunch of other folks around here who might have some old cast-offs laying around... so, no harm in asking I guess.
