well.., I was losing connection seemingly randomly every few hours, which really sucks for bittorrent, ect downloads where you don't want to make sure the connection is active

anyways, I had wireless zero configuration on manual..; but I couldn't figure out how to get it connected without the service started..
and mean while I was losing connectionr randomly.., well I found out if I connect with it on and then disable it right afterwards, it works perfectly (so far)

I tried getting the trendnet configuration utility to do that stuff for me, but some tabs are missing, its different from screens on the manual..
I did a search on google for missing tabs and I found a review on newegg..
"All I had to do was to uncheck "Use Windows to configure my wireless settings" on the property sheet of the wireless card."
I am pretty sure I saw this checkbox before, but I can't find it now..


is there any other tools I can use for configuring it?, like an alternative to wireless zero configuration other then what comes with the card?
