hi,

when i download a file, i understand that the packets are gradually saved into a temporary folder until the whole thing has downloaded and can be read as a single file by windows. 2 things.
1. what folder is this? i have tried to search but in vain.
2. if i stopped the download for whatever reason, would i then be able to continue at a later date using the data that has already been downloaded.
