    Problem with system restore

    I seem to have encountered a spyware issue and possibly a web dialer. I tried to go to restore and got an error message.
    I have attached a WORD document of a screen print showing the error. Any help would be great. This just happened an hour ago so I do know when to set the system restore to. I have never used this either so any help there would be great.
    Those web dialer things are somewhere in Local settings. Can someone advise me on that also.
