REVIEWING toolbar in Excel

O3K brings up the REVIEWING toolbar when working with COMMENTS.

How to disable this permanently, as I do not want this toolbar being displayed?

Nimo N152B (AMD R5, W11H) and plenty of other legacy systems :-)
