Cws_ns3
A couple days ago, I downloaded the latest update definitions of my SpySweeper, then immediately, I scanned my PC. SpySweeper found the ad- CWS_NS3. When I opened up this CWS_NS3 there was a long list of things belonging deep into the registries. I deleleted it, but immediatley, after rebooting my PC, this CWS_NS3 resurfaced: the SpySweeper seemed not be able to delete this completely. I amphasized that the SpySweeper detected this thing only after I received an update, a couple days ago.
My PC is runnig fine. I do not notice anything sluggish.
Can anyone read the screen shot of the CWS_NS3 mentioned by my SpySweeper?
Thank you
Ngan
PS: I mentioned the CWS_NS3 to the Webroot tech support. the response was:
Did you have the latest version of SpySweeper?
Did you downloaded the latest updates? etc...
Finally:"ticket" solved
