This may or may not be the correct place to post this question but here goes. I built my system in last december and after I got all up and running I did a ghost image to 5 cd's in case of major screwups that I could not fix. Since that time I replaced my router with a network everywhere wireless B model #nwr11b.Now my question is that I thought when I redid the HD with the ghost image it wiped out everything that was on the drive and replaced it with what was on the drive when I first did the ghost. But I can type 192.168.1.1 and it shows my new router.I never loaded any software for the new one. The other router I had was a linksys wired. Is the software the same?I am totally confused.Everything works great since the restore but wondering why the new software for the router is installed after I did the Ghost.
