DUN networking
Had trouble installing and reinstalling Compuserve 2000 software.
Finally have everything working good......now.
The network components in Control Panel now list:
Dial-Up Adapter
TCP-IP
I don't have a network card installed, but used to.
Should a Dial-Up Networking folder exist when opening My Computer before beginning Compuserve 2000 setup?
Should connectoids in this folder exist?
What network components (protocols, clients, adapters) should be listed using the network icon in Control Panel before running third party ISP software (if any)?
With one of my install tries with Compuserve CD, a whole bunch of c**p I don't need got installed such as VPN networking, Direct Cable Connect, two clients, and multiple protocols. Why?
