Installation monitor/uninstaller on Win XP?
Greetings!
I've used Cleansweep for years without any problems. It always cleaned things up left behind by software uninstaller. I am using Cleansweep 2003 (v7.x). However, recently I've noticed that it doesn't do such a good job uninstalling in some instances - it will identify extraneous, unrelated files to uninstall. That's not good. Symantec says they are aware of the problem but has no immediate solution.
I've looked at others but they tend to be super-Add/Remove & registry clean programs - often bundled with other features like spyware removal, etc. - instead of specific softward uninstall monitors. I'd sure appreciate any suggestions or advice.
So, what do you use as installation monitor/uninstaller?
Thanks!
Janusz
