dual channel ddr400 question

When a motherboard states that I supports Dual Channel DDR400, it will still run dual channel for a pair of pc2700, correct?

ASUS P7P55D | Intel Core i5 750 | Corsair 4GB 1600
XFX 5770 1GB | Intel X25-M 80GB | Seagate 7200.12 500GB
