When I first boot up my PC I get the following message twice.
Fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C026E3Co in VXD VMM(06) + 000013C0

This also appears when I try to go on-line and also if I move to a secure site for on-line shopping. The same blue screen appears and throws me off-line.

Please help............
