Hi, this is a problem I've had for a few months, I find it more annoying than anything...

When i use my account i have with my ISP, i find that some people i send emails to don't recieve them, whilst others do. but when i use a free account to send the email, they recieve it.
I just assumed that some people were too lazy to look properly in there inbox, but perhaps is more serious than that?
